here for the printable form. Special Needs In accordance with ADA, the hotel provides ramp access, restroom facilities, and elevators to all levels. Cancellation Policy Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received at the OGS office no later than April 1. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration and meals minus a $15 administrative fee. After April 1, cancelled registrants or non-attendees will receive a copy of the syllabus, but no monetary refund. Conference Attire/Climate The conference dress code is casual. While we will attempt to keep meeting rooms at a comfortable temperature, layered clothing is suggested. April weather in Cincinnati averages 60°F. Smoking Restrictions Smoking is prohibited in Ohio public places. Cell Phones, Pagers, Etc. As a courtesy to speakers and attendees, cell phones, pagers, and other communication devices must be on vibrate or turned off during conference presentations.
