Ohio Genealogical Society's 2008 Fall Seminar Featuring John T. Humphrey John Humphrey,
a Pennsylvania native, has been working with Pennsylvania records for close
to 40 years. He has authored the fifteen-volume Pennsylvania Births Series,
two family histories, numerous articles and the critically acclaimed Understanding
and Using Baptismal Records. He has worked in archives, libraries and record
repositories throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, Germany, Washington DC,
Salt Lake City, Wales, and London. During his career as a professional genealogist
John organized and managed several national and local genealogical conferences,
led the a research trip to Northern Germany, and managed the National Genealogical
Society’s online and
home study courses and appeared on national television and radio where
