OGS Announces Plans for 2006 Annual Conference

The Ohio Genealogical Society plans to hold its 2006 Annual Conference at the Radisson Hotel and Seagate Center in Toledo, Ohio.

Theme for the conference, to be held on April 27-29, will be "Planting the Seed: Tools for Growing Your Family Tree." The program for the three-day conference will feature workshops and lectures by national and local experts in various aspects of genealogical research.

The Ohio Genealogical Society is the largest state genealogical society in the nation, with over 5000 members in 94 chapters around the state and elsewhere in the U.S. It publishes the OGS Quarterly, OGS Genealogy News, Ohio Records & Pioneer Families, and Ohio Civil War Genealogy Journal.
